It is important to know that our webshop sells photo paper or canvas prints. This means that you will not receive a framed image from us.

Why don't we sell a framed image?

We know, it couldn't be more convenient to unpack the picture ready, frame it and hang it on the wall. Believe me, we'd like to do the same. We're working on a solution, but until then...

a framed picture is very fragile anyway, imagine what can happen to it in transit. After consulting the experience of several similar companies, we have come to the conclusion that we do not try to send framed pictures. A positive estimate is that 10-15% of all shipments arrive damaged. We do not wish this inconvenience on you or on us.

What to do with the print? Here's what we suggest you do:

First, you receive the carefully wrapped print from the courier company
The next step we suggest is to crop the image
After that, you can take the cropped image to the framer (important! For most framers, the criterion is that the image is physically present, not just the dimensions, to ensure that the image and frame are in harmony

What is mowing?

Within the field of image framing, lamination is a technology where the entire surface of the image material is glued (laminated) onto a uniform, hard substrate without creasing. The reason why it is important that the image is smooth and even and does not ripple in the frame is that it can be framed without glass.

As mentioned above, we are working on a solution that will allow us to safely transport images alongside frames.
Since our inception, and even before that... we had a desire to have our own photo frame. A frame that fits our pictures perfectly. It's harder to create and manufacture than it is to ship, but we're confident you'll soon be able to hang it on your wall at home.
